Do we build on others land?
Yes we do. Simply provide us with a copy of your plot plan so that we can draw the plan you choose on to your Lot.

Are our houses from concrete blocks or cement sheets?
All of the prices quoted are for houses made from concrete blocks.

Do you have to use one of our plans?
No you do not. You can bring an already drawn plan to us and we will build it.

Are our plans customizable?
Yes! Our plans are fully customizable.

What do our Fully-Completed House & Land packages start at?
Our Fully –Completed House & Land Packages start at $292,000.00.

What finishes does Fully Completed include?
Fully-Completed includes a solid wood kitchen, all tiling, skirting & molding, built-in wardrobes in all bedrooms, patio enclosures (varies according to design), paved driveway and all electrical and plumbing.

What do I need to get started?
The first step in getting started is to get a mortgage certificate. This is a document from any lending institution detailing how much they are willing to lend you for the mortgage. Once this is in hand, we can show you the packages we have that are around that figure.

What is the Holding Fee?
The Holding Fee is a non-refundable fee of $2,500.00 which is paid to us to take the Lot that you choose off of the market as well as to have the draftsman draw and submit your plans to Town & Country Planning for approval. It is also at this point that you receive the paperwork required to get your mortgage approved.
